My husband and I ordered cooking magazine on July 23, 2011 and still have yet to receive our magazine. The total was $51.00 and it was supposed to take a maximum of 120 days to receive our magazine. Every time I call Atlantic Circulation I can never seem to get a REAL person on the line. I AM PISSED... I will be looking into this so called company further and try to get some or any answers for that matter. I DO NOT understand how anyone could do this to people. There are some real winners in this world... 129106b

I just received my refund check today and deposited it in the bank. We'll see if the check actually cashes. Keep calling them and writing to them - I got the BBB involved and also reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission's website. Keep after them - don't give up and hopefully you'll get your money back. It's frustrating but don't give up. |
